The O'Driscoll Clan Mid-Summer Festival takes place on the last weekend of June each year and is designed to try and encourage a gathering of O'Driscolls from around the world. This Annual Festival & 0'Driscoll Clan Gathering has since 1986, been organised by the Baltimore 2000 Committee. The three day event draws international participation which includes lectures, guided tours to sites in Baltimore and the islands which are related to the history of the 0'Driscolls. It is a very important event in the tourism calendar of the area
